Phone interview around 30 minutes long. This was before the pandemic. After the phone interview there is a group interview and then a solo interview with the managers from the department.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at American Express (Phoenix, AZ)

2 virtual interviews on camera. Overall not too bad if you have a sales or customer service background it definitely helps. I role played a travel phone call and told them about all of my strengths. Nothing too crazy in the interview. I did receive an offer and now work for the company.
