Interview
One of the best interviewing processes I’ve been through. After applying on late Sunday evening, I got a reply back early Monday morning to schedule a phone interview to start the process.
The interview consisted of 3 rounds:
- 30 min Phone screen - standard
- 1hr technical interview with two senior engineers - questions about Java (Collections, multi-threading, garbage collection), modelling question (they call it abstract reasoning) and a simple maths question
- 2hr technical interview with two senior engineers - this was a coding exercise in Spring and you are allowed to use Google (encouraged as well to see how you would search for the answer). 20-30 mins at the end to ask any questions.
The interviewers were very friendly and after each step of the process I received feedback not more than an hour later! I was later informed that I should be receiving an offer the same day as my final interview. It was later extended to me in writing a day later.
The process took a bit more than a couple weeks but that was only because I am currently working so had to find time to schedule interviews.

Questions about Java: multi-threading, Collections, garbage collection
2 virtual technical round and then a 3rd behavioral round. I am not able to clear the Behavioral round , this round specific to detailed discussion regarding project and they ask 1 scanerio based question that i am not able to provide . and for second scanerio they have some thins in mind and i am giving some other solution so they rejected at the end .

Unprofessional Interview panel
I had my zoom interview scheduled after about a month's time of my application, At the scheduled time, no one from the panel showed up. After about 10 minutes, recruiting manager logged in and told me that the technical team is in an important meeting and will have to schedule to a different time. My interview was then rescheduled to a week later.
During the second time, I logged in well ahead of time and waited for the panel. I waited for over half an hour in the zoom link but no one showed. Later when I emailed recruiting manager about this, she had no clue what went wrong.

Interview
Zoom meeting with 2 SENIOR engineers.
Several java questions that can be answered in 5 seconds by GOOGLE.
A not good enough 'leetcode-style' question that has major issue and the SENIOR engineer actually could not tell how it works.
After that ghosted me without any rejection email.
I am so glad I don't have this luck with amex and after that much better offers came.
