Interview
This was the first round, Phone screening interview. It took about 30 minutes. The interview was schedules as a result of on campus career fair. Got the call in about a week to schedule the phone interview. After clearing the phone screening it took them about a week to schedule an on site interview.

It started with a third party company, that could never coordinate well. They were very poor at communicating, and just a messy experience. I am relieved that I didn't work there, if it is anything like the process.

Contacted through Hired.com and recieved 2 behavioral interviews followed by a rejection. But then a few weeks later, recieved a technical final round invite. Pay was around $85k so not as good based on the area.

- Rate Java skills from 1-10 (Just say a 8-9 even though it's a new grad position. They don't want to hear anything below an 8)

Interview
Good overall interview process, with interactive questions and group activities. Variety of different interviews with different members of staff and an insight into what the day to day work life would be like.
