The interview was over the phone and lasted approximately 20 minutes. It was very straight forward with an outsourced HR hiring manager. They very clearly described their recruitment process and it was very transparent.

I had an interview with the recruiter and heard back nothing even though I followed up 4 times. They answered my initial email but nothing afterwards even though I was told that I would be informed of their decision.
