Interview
It was a 2 round interview process.
The 1st round was functional. It was conducted by the recruiter ( Amex vendor). The main empasis was on documentation approvals, signoffs, compliance and audits.
The 2nd round was behavioral. It was quick easy.

A technical interview process. You'll get asked basic questions about networking and troubleshooting. They'll also ask about tech support or help desk experience you might have. 2 or 3 people will interview you together.

Interview
First, you get an HR screen. This is basically to make sure you know the key words of the position and are not a total lackwit. If that passes, you get a panel interview from two or three people plus the hiring manager. Usually this will be someone on your team, your new boss, and some business partners or stakeholders. Once you pass that, you wait and wait and wait and eventually you get an offer letter.

Interview
This was for a contractor position. Hired through an agency and was referred by someone who was already a contractor with Amex. Took approx +3wks to be hired.
Agency did initial screening over phone and email.
2nd interview was at Amex location with 2 program managers, lasted about 1 hour.
