1st round of HR interview comprises of basic questions,then the channel manager and lastly the zonal manager takes the interview.
HR asks average questions and they will beg the candidate to potray an interest towards the banking products no matter how disgusting it is!!

Overall good, not too deep in profiling.
Personality matters alot along with communication and sales skills.
Confidence is a must.
Interview was basic which checked sales skills and ability to sale a product.
Also checked the ability to perform under pressure.
