The interviewer gave an indepth review of what was expected for the job. She detailed the activities, timelines and expectations.
The over-arching structure of the departments was also discussed.

Interviewing with American Express was a very smooth experience. The recruiter was nice, she emailed me and connected with me on LinkedIn before we spoke. She was very detailed and explained the role clearly. The compensation package, 401k match, and internal mobility were really attractive.

Very concise. They shared a timeline and were able to stick to it. There was an initial phone interview followed by information being sent to the hiring manager for the particular project
