The interview was structured and professional. There was 2 interviews, and if you get accepted, their onboarding procees is really organized with comprehensive explaination of the job scope and benefits. The second interview will be with the team lead to explore more on how youd handle certain situations previously in your work or hypothetically.

Interviewers focus on whether my personality matches with the company values, and whether my ability can master the job. The interview is relatively casual though, instead of asking questions in one way, they constantly provide feedbacks, including credits and guidiance.

Friendly and casual; hiring leader was friendly and interview questions were pretty casual. There was a small case study to gauge your problem solving skills and impromptu mock call session.
