applied online with referral from current employee on team; was given initial phone interview and then had to chase for an update. was later rejected with phone call (nice touch) and told my experience was great but they wanted to go with someone else. would've been helpful to get more feedback since from my read of the JD, and my convos with my referrer, my background was incredibly strong for this role so am a bit shocked i didn't get further in the process.

Interviewer joined 8min late, no apology, asked me to go over my resume, and then asked basic questions about my experience. Said I was an excellent fit for the role and then I got an automated email saying I didn’t get the role. No explanation or recognition of my time.

It was three rounds in total, one with the recruiter, one with hiring manager and one with the hiring manager's manager. It went pretty well and i would have loved to make it to the final round.
