A few interviews (phone, technical, and personality) leading to a big assessment centre. Nothing was particularly difficult, and everyone was very pleasant in the process. Feels like they don't just value technical skills, but who you are as a person as well.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at American Express (Brighton, England)
Interview
20 minute video interview, assessment centre (hackathon and 1 interview). None of these could really be prepared for beforehand. Interview questions were more about my childhood and how I ended up where I am. No competency or behavioural questions involved.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at American Express (Brighton, England) in Feb 2019
Interview
