I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian in Mar 2016
Interview
First got an online coding test in Python, 1 hour 8 questions, seems to be quite a few but not really a big challenge. Then got the phone interview, basically I was talking the most of the time answering the interviewer's question list. Some were very generic, some were specific about things in my resume. No technical question involved. Felt no spark in the conversation and I pretty much knew it was not going well for me.
I asked for more details on my rejection and surprisingly, they did give me feedback, although very subtle and not tremendously helpful(which is expected of course).
