Average interview
Application
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian in Mar 2016
Interview
The focus of the interview was on exploratory testing, and on how I would convince developers in the team to accept exploratory testing, what type of process changes would bring maximum benefit to the team's productivity and output and the justifications for it.
The technical questions that were posed were mainly around requests / responses, design of a wiki page hierarchy display, performance concerns, in wikis, and design flaws that could be present and must be tested for.

I applied online. I interviewed at Atlassian (Sydney) in Apr 2021
Interview
Interview process was great even. Though in my end, it was only done by technical interview. Although this could filter out if they add in the job description for Quality Engineer that having an experience using "Quality Assistance Model" is required since a lot of companies are not used to that and it could lead to save time both the applicant and the interviewer's time.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian
Interview
Started with a mind-set exercise with a couple of questions about testing. I had to describe different scenarios in my previous jobs and how did I manage to resolve them.
The second part was a Skype interview with HR employee. They asked questions like why I want to work there and was asked to explain my answers from the mind-set exercises.
