Interview
I apply the position of Software Engineer on April this year. Around one week after I submit the application, I receive a email which ask me to complete the code test. The code test had 5 questions and the test time is 90 minutes. The code questions include some practical problem like some regular express and some data process , and some algorithm questions. The questions are not quite hard, but I made some silly mistake and the time is not enough. Thus I just finish two question. The minimum requirement is finishing two questions, but I think that is not enough because I fail in this stage.

Finish 5 coding challenge in 90 minutes. The minimum requirement is resolved 2 of them.
Recruiter reached out to me then ghosted in the middle of trying to set up a meeting. Very disrespectful of my time. Just as well, how a company treats candidates is usually a good indicator of how they treat employees
Didnt get past OA, heard now has ai process. People are good but company is going downhill. Unfortunate for all good culture fits there s a lack of opportunity admist apex reviews to produce meaningful work.
Nice interviewer but i did not get an offer. good experience anyway i think.
I have heard good things about the company culture so i think it would be a good place to work
