Contacted by a recruiter several weeks after an internal referral. Interviewed with the hiring manager. Both the recruiter and the manager seemed disinterested and as if they were going through the motions. Did not give me an offer. When I followed up to asking about another opportunity, received no response. And this is the response from an internal referral. They don't play by their own values.

It was a pleasant experience, the recruiter expedited process due to other interviews. Most diverse set of interviewers I have encountered. Everyone was friendly and nice and answered all my questions. Offer was competitive.
Talent Acquisition Partner reached out and invited me for a phone screen. Strung me along for 6 weeks. Within hours of filling out the Diversity survey, she cancelled my phone screen.
