It was very normal with a Recruiter pre-screen. The second interview was with the Hiring Manager. The final interview was with a panel of stakeholders and included a values based interview.

They asked me to describe a time that I had made a mistake and the outcome. They followed up by asking what I learned.
The interview process was very straightforward and the recruiter was very prompt in their feedback. The focus was on people management skills and industry knowledge. Everyone I met with was thoughtful and kind and passionate.
