The whole process working with the recruiting team was amazing. I first met with Tyler, who noted my skills aligned best with another team ( so cool to see collaboration rather than rejection here) . In comes Gretchen, whom was a phenomenal guide through the rest of the process all the way through the offer and onboarding. There were five more interviews after meeting with the recruiters, which at first I thought was a lot, but I really came to appreciate how intentional and well thought out the whole process was. The more thorough process raised my level of assurance that Atlassian was where I wanted to be. Examples of interview categories were values, technical ability, and work experience.
