I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Atlassian (Pittsburgh, PA) in July 2023
Interview
1. Recruiter messaged me on LinkedIn 2. Phone call with recruiter 3. Phone call with hiring manager 4. Panel interview/presentation/demo 5. Values interview There was a lot of lag between rounds, often times I needed to reach out to see about scheduling next steps and then they were immediately scheduled. All were great, and the recruiter helped prep me for the panel presentation/demo. Though I was told by her that I didn’t need to be a subject matter expert on the platform for the demo, it felt like that was the only reason I did not get an offer. Was highly disappointed that after over a month and a half of this process, all I got was a generic rejection email. I sent an email to the team asking for feedback as this was a role and company I really wanted and was excited about, but was completely ignored. After investing that much time and effort, something more personalized was expected and would have been appreciated.

Question 1
Your standard interview questions, a lot of emphasis on their company values (make sure you study them and have examples for each).
