I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atlassian in Sept 2022
Interview
Recruiter reached out to me in late August. Recruiter was responsive and informative.
Started with the hiring manager interview. Interviewer arrived late, and prefaced the call by saying it wouldn't take very long. Asked me some very generic behavioral questions from some script. Clearly hadn't looked at my resume. From the start he made it clear that he wasn't engaged in the interview and didn't want to be there. Showed zero interest in my past experience and was just trying to get the interview over as quickly as possible.
It was obvious to me by the end of the interview that they most likely already had someone picked out for the role, and were wasting my time. Pretty disappointing experience overall, but ultimately glad it didn't work out in the end based on my brief interaction with the hiring manager.

Question 1
I was asked two generic "Tell me about a time when..." type questions.
I asked more questions than the interviewer did in our brief 20 minute interview.
