3. Director level screening also via teams - 60 minutes
4. Recruiter reaching out with an offer and next steps

Online Hireview-type video interview where I recorded myself answering questions with 30 s to think and 2 min to answer. You can do it whenever and wherever you want. You have about a week to submit.
It was easy. They reached out to me and I accepted then I couldn’t sleep for days out of excitement for this interview. Then on the day of the interview I flung out of bed and clapped my feet.
I had a 30-minute initial phone screening. The interviewer asked about my background, previous experience, why I was interested in the role, and some general behavioral questions. The conversation was overall straightforward and conversational.
