Phone interview then 2nd was zoom call. Phone interview was typical questions getting to know you and then zoom was more personal questions asking you what makes you you. Worst interview process I have ever been through

I applied online through LinkedIN, then received an email for a phone screening. The lady was very nice and set up an in face interview with the manager with that territory. I had to reschedule a few times due to injury and they were very accommodating
