Long - 7 steps from submission to final interview.
Included submission, online testing, personality testing, phone interview, assessment centre, medical check up all before the final offer was made. The time frame was about march-september so quite long and draw out.

They will ask about the company charter values in the 1v1 interview so its important to memorise them and what they are about. They will ask you to apply these in a practical capacity to your lived experience.

Online Interview after joining the que with multiple other candidates - they asked STAR style questions. You need to be prepared with multiple previous scenarios. If you're not successful they just ghost you.

Interview
I first submitted my resume through the BHP career portal. Later, I had to complete a Video Assessment with various questions about my background and fit for the job, as well as a numerological reasoning test. The Talent Acquisition team reviewed my application without having any direct contact with them.
