I applied for the position online. Within a few weeks I was contacted by email for an on-site interview. In the interview, I met with HR to go over their benefits, then I was questioned by a panel of people including the supervisor I would work for along with a few technical people.

Question 1
They asked me to describe the work I did in each position listed on my resume. They also asked my supervisor's name during each position and what that person would say (positive and negative) if they talked to them today.

Interview
It was a panel interview with drilling team. The interview was very casual and felt more like a conversation. The recruiters asked about previous experiences and how they can be applied to BHP.

Had to go around the office meeting key members of the team.. both upper level and workforce. It started off with the technical hiring staff and then introductions on the floor with all members.
