I applied through university. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Cape Town) in June 2016
Interview
It was standardized.
Recruiter encouraging the applications online. Long application online with all transcripts from your high school and beyond. Aptitude test was almost like the Mckinsey Problem Solving test. Then the call for the first round interview, then the second round and then partner round before they negotiated hard on salary and location.
