I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company (Boston, MA) in Oct 2017
Interview
For reference I applied from a non OCR school. The first round consisted of two 30 minute Bain style case interviews (structuring the problem, going in to a shallow degree, then breaking into a market sizing.) These were with an SAC and a Consultant. There was a short 4-5 minutes at the end for some questions. The second round was two more cases; this time with a manager and a partner and were 45 minutes long. A bit more in depth as well. One Bain style one more traditional interviewee led case (felt very BCGy). More time at the end to ask questions. Everyone was extremely nice, from the recruiters to the interviewers.
Interviewers were really nice, but the process was difficult. Standard level cases and they expected you to take them through multiple business problems. If you practice casing frequently with multiple partners, you should be fine.

Question 1
Please walk me through how you would approach this case.
2 cases for R1. Pretty straightforward cases about revenue optimization opportunities. There was a little bit of market sizing but all data needed was given. No behaviorals asked in round 1 for me.
