The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bain & Company in Feb 2009
Interview
Bain did a presentation on my college campus and is a regular recruiter there. I did my interview over the phone because I was abroad. I did two rounds - two cases in each round along with some questions about some of my experiences. I'm not sure how many people were interviewed.
True to their reputation for being down-to-earth and friendly, my four interviewers were all very helpful (gave me feedback after my first round) and supportive. Definitely the type of people who would be a pleasure to work with.
two rounds of case interviews, candidate-led, tackling a real client problem through a structured, hypothesis-driven framework. need to balance analytical rigor with a collaborative, team-oriented approach, focusing on delivering clear, actionable, and insightful recommendations
Assesments sur TestGorilla (32 minutes). 2 rounds de 2 interviews. Premier round avec des associates ou bien des serniors. 2ème rounds avec des seniors et des partners. Interviws avec une partie fit et une partie Case.
It was a straightforward process with two 30-minute interviews. It started with introductions and then the cases; you can have some time at the end for questions. The interviewers are helpful so you can ask clarifying questions.
