I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bain & Company in Apr 2017
Interview
Application Submission: straightforward
Online Test: straightforward, pretty easy for me
Interview Stage 1 - two interviewees: first one was fine, did well but annoyed by the second interviewer who gave no rat about me; maybe I wasn't good enough but give someone some respect you know?
Interview Stage 2: didn't make it to this stage unfortunately

Question 1
Normal interview questions nothing out of the ordinary
Did a Hirevue interview. I was asked a couple questions and had to give timed responses. Got rejected after the first stage. Interview ended with written responses covering basics about visa and when I could start.
It was a combination of video and GRE-type of questions that needed to be answered accurately and quickly. It was quite normal but I guess the firm has a lot of applications

Interview
1. Applied online through Bain
2. Received online tests
3. Got invited to the first round case interview
The interviewers were very friendly and good at guiding! Although I did not manage to get into the next stage, it was a very pleasant experience.

I could not reveal what they asked me, but basically there were two round case interviews, one was market sizing question and the other one was more tricky (i.e. pricing)
