If you become successful then you get invited for the second round. Second round consists of 2 case interviews and 1 presentation case.

Interview
SOVA assessment. Behavioural, Verbal(reading passages), Numerical, Logical Reasoning Takes roughly 1 hour to complete. Not necessary to prepare beforehand but search BAIN sova assessment to see some example questions. Sometimes, example questions are very similar to actual questions in assessment.

Question 1
Behavioural 4 Statements -> 5 options from 'least like me to' 'most like me' Verbal -> Given passage and a statement, choose 'Yes', 'No', 'Cannot Say' Numerical -> Given graphs, tables and diagrams, multiple choice answer Logical -> IQ test looking at sequences and patterns of shapes etc.
2 case study interviews for first round, usual mix of quant/business questions. Quant was not particularly difficult. Each lasted 30 mins. One case was on a nonprofit and the other was on an auto company. No behavioral/fit questions.
