Two ~25 min interviews back to back. Both interviews consisted of 1 market sizing question followed by 2 or 3 behavioral questions. After each market sizing question they asked how the company in the question could grow their market share.

Insurance co is an insurance company that offers home insurance in 25 states. Their only sales come from independent sales representatives that are paid on a commission base of 25%. Estimate the market size for home insurance in the US and how could Insurance co grow their share

Interview
It was two 25 minute interviews that consisted of a mini case interview and behavioral. My first interview was market sizing, and the second was a standard case interview where I just had to produce a framework. The interviewers were pleasant as well. Mine went well but I know some other people's experiences in terms of case difficulty varied.
