They say they value people playing their games, but to be honest, they were more focused on other things such as a long time experience in Games (despite my experience in Consumer Tech was well explained in my CV). My feeling is that playing Blizzard games and being a very passionate player isn't really important to them and doesn't add any value in the interview process (but they publicize and "scream" this in their corporate website...).
