Interview
I applied for Actuarial Analyst student 12 months placement at Bupa. First stage was application form. Then I was invited for an online assessment. There were 3 in total, 2 of which were psychometric tests as well as a numerical test. It took them a bit of time to get back to me. Around a month or so, and then around 3 weeks to get an interview booked. I was then invited for a live video interview. The lady who interviewed me was Praveen. She was very nice and approachable and really eased my nerves. I yet to do a virtual assessment centre and see how it goes. :)

1. Tell me about yourself 2. Tell me about a time you had to do something challenging and what kept you motivated? 3. Tell me about a time when you had to respond quickly to a change/ change in process and how did you respond? 4. Tell me about the best piece of uni work you have done, and what did you do to achieve it? what did you learn from it? 5. Tell me about a time when you had to explain a complex piece of information to someone, and how did you ensure that they understood it completely?

Friendly conversation, basic interview questions. Nothing extreme or out of the ordinary. Some competency based questions and also technical questions. Pretty standard interview. and and and Overall a good experience.
