The interview process was very muddled. They set an interview task which required a creation of an entire strategy, followed by a formal interview. In this time I dealt with several recruitment people. And ultimately when I didn’t get the job, they just sent me an automated rejection email. It felt like they hadn’t quite got it together recruitment wise.

I had an interview with the manager we discussed my experience and what the role would be like - very open and casual. Didn't have structure or case study. Felt a bit awkward at times.
