Interviewed by two people, A manager and a skilled technical individual. Very friendly interview process, and asked pretty standard questions about web design. It seemed as if they were more interested in my personality traits over my skills, as if looking to see if I would fit well into the environment. Fairly quick interview, was called and was offered a job immediately after leaving the building.
