I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at CVS Health in Sept 2025
Interview
The interview was pretty easy. I went in-person where I met with the pharmacist behind the pharmacy counter, an hour before the Pharmacy actually opened, where my interview was held. It lasted 15 mins or less. The pharmacist pretty much gave me a quick summary about the different areas in the pharmacy such as the drop off/pick section, etc. The Pharmacist was extremely nice and in no way made me feel uncomfortable or not welcomed.
I felt very welcomed from the beginning of the interview to the end. I got tons of positive vibes from the interviewer/interview which left me hopeful that I got the job and sure enough I did. Of course I didn't find out until a week later that I got the job just so everyone doesnt expect to hear anything right away in regards to if they got the job or not. After the interview, I waited a day or two before calling to get a timeline when I'd hear back about the job and was told it'd be either by the end of that same week or the beginning of the next week. I got the good news the beginning of the following week which was literally 6 days from the day I did the interview. Overall, I'm very pleased with the interview process. Its been the best interview I've had in a long time. Nothing but good vibes which I'm sure anyone can appreciate
For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me my availability and proficiency in math.
it wasnt bad they just asked really basic questions. I got hired on the spot, do not stress guys. it was very straight forward and easy. take your resume just in case. good luck guys
Quick few questions asked over by the water bottle section in the CVS, got the job in one 15 min interview, questions were behavioral and about availability. They give preference to students in pharmacy school.
