Project Lead - Business Analytics Interview

      5 Dec 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health

      Interview

I've interviewed with CVS for two separate positions: (1) Senior Analyst - Medical Economics; (2) Project Lead - Business Analytics. Although they are two completely separate teams, the overall vibe of the interview was similar, in that they were very relaxed, casual, and comfortable. Although the interviews themselves were very pleasant, I felt that the friendly and positive atmosphere led me to have expectations of receiving an offer in both instances. The only negative--a big one at that--is the talent acquisition team. Expect to not have your thank you email or questions acknowledged in any way. Even if the hiring team itself says that you will hear back by X date, you will not. They move at a frustratingly slow pace, which is exacerbated by the complete lack of response to any of your emails. The untimeliness of the talent acquisition team is well-documented in Reddit threads as well. For both situations, getting any response or update Medical Economics: (1) 30-minute phone screening with recruiter, (2) Round 1 with one person from the hiring team, (3) Round 2 with one person from the hiring team Business Analytics: (1) Virtual HireVue screening, (2) final 45-minute interview with two people from the hiring team (your prospective supervisor and their supervisor)--I only have the questions from this interview.
