Three interviews to get a job what a joke. Not hard to get other retail jobs but CVS wants to make it seem like it is worth it. A recruiter calls you to do paper work and have an interview with a manager and then another interview with a unknown person Get tiring.

The hiring manager will try and engage you to find out your availability and see if you are committed with any other obligations to see how available you are. They don't like when you have family or college

The hiring manager asks you if you have management aspirations when in reality the positions and is not sufficient and many are unhappy. But you don't want to say no and seem unmotivated.
