I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at CVS Health in Mar 2012
Interview
I was called by the Store Manager Trainer and set up an interview for the following week. He had said that the District Manager had passed my resume and application along to him. Upon arriving at CVS, we went to his office and began the interview process. It was one on one, and he asked me to tell him about myself. After blabbering on for a few minutes, he told me about what it was like to work for CVS, and what they expected out of their employees. Then he began to describe the position that I was interviewing for. The interview was very casual and lax. He told me that he was going on vacation and would be making his decision upon his return.

Interview
I was late, but the person who was supposed to interview me apparently never got that memo. I waited in the office for the manager to finish dealing with a customer. After receiving 5 minutes of constant berating, he managed to finish the transaction and get to the interview. He got 2 questions out before having to return to the customer. Easiest interview ever!

Interview
Process went well, I got a call and the hiring manager asked if I wanted to come in for an interview. I went in, got the job but after getting my offer letter, I declined because of the compensation wasn't what I had asked for

Interview
One on one with store manager. General retail questions. Entire interview took about 20-30 mins. Overall it was not a bad interview. I bit too formal for a near minimum wage job
