I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Paris, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
I applied online, but delivered my resume and cover letter in person to the manager. After a few days, I was invited for an interview. The interview itself was very easy going, with very few questions being asked about me, and more discussion about CVS's culture and development happening instead. They look for associates who can be cross-trained for the pharmacy, have a lot of availability, and fill in at other nearby CVS stores.
Because of my pharmacy tech training and previous internship, the pharmacy manager also wanted to interview me. The second interview mostly consisted of questions about my experience and tech training, but was also easy-going.
I received the job offer via email a week later, and expect to hear about my orientation date within this next day.
One interview, hired on the spot. Asked about availability and customer handling and if I had experience with lifting heavy items. They also asked if I was in school or not.
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Schaumburg, IL) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was smooth and fast. I was asked about my previous experience and how I manage daily responsibilities at work. The conversation was friendly and professional. Everything went well, and I felt comfortable during the interview. Overall, it was a positive experience for me.
It’s good interview and I like it so much .that’s makes me happy and I have to think more than once to see myself what the next episode will look like.
