Straightforward process with behavioral interview to discuss past experience and skills, and case interview. My first interview was over the phone, second was onsite at the office I would be working at.

Interview
Casual interview. First HR telephonic round followed by in person interview with 3 team members. Interview was non technical and was mainly related to my past experience. 1 member showed a presentation about the work team does.

Was asked mainly about my work experience and hypothetical situations like " any problem which you and your ex-manager did not agree on and how did you convince them?
Initially I was screened by HR after a recruiter contacted me. After this, followed a phone interview. Then I chose to do an in person interview instead of zoom. It was nice to be offered a choice.
Got a very quick response from the team after submitting application. After filling out application was invited to do a video interview through their platform. You record your answers and get about 30 seconds before each question to prepare.
