I applied online, and received a phone call requesting an interview the next day. I went in, we had a short chat, and I received a phone call offering me the job the next morning.

Honestly, I was only asked a couple questions. Strengths, weaknesses, a time I overcame adversity, the usual customer service questions!
Good, I learned a lot about the process. I advanced my skills heavily, great place to work at. I loved the process behind it, I love the people, I love the job!

how would you handle if a customer isn’t satisfied?
It went well they ask you the normal questions why would you be a good fit and if you graduated highschool and some other questions it wasn’t a difficult interview but I’m sure everywhere is different I was just myself
