Very informal. I suppose it will differ by site. Mostly concerned availability and any past research experience. I found my interviewer to be very easy going and enjoyed the process.

Interview
First you go through an extremely long application which includes something like a training segment. Next about a week or two later I was emailed saying that they would like to interview me by phone and in which I was asked basic questions about experience and customer service experience. Then the in person interview happened, regular interview questions as long as you smile and joke with your interview you should be fine. Lastly, two weeks after the interview I went to an 8hour orientation and had to do online training test. And then I went to work.

Quick 30 mins. Questions were the usual basic ones every job asks. They take you to the back room and into the lunch room and you are interviewed by the manager and their assistant.

Interview
I applied online. Got an interview within 2-3 weeks. Got hired the next 2 days. It was a very laid back interview and more conversation like. The manager looked at my resume and asked me about my customer service experience.
