I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CVS Health (Littleton, CO)
Interview
Drawn out and confused. Spoke with several different HR reps, managers, team members. I should have taken the level of disorganization as a hint that this is not an employer of choice. The lack of communication from HR during the process was staggering. I felt like they were treating me as their fall-back school. They also were 20 minutes late to my presentation interview. Total lack of courtesy toward people who would like to join their organization. I have interviewed hundreds of people during my career, and I truly hope I never acted like this group did.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic behavioral stuff. They do conduct a presentation interview wherein you have to speak to the entire team. First time in my career that I faced the "rude interview." Either the panel member was coached to be a jerk or acted that way on her own, she nevertheless was a complete nuisance and added nothing to the discussion,
I applied online. I interviewed at CVS Health (Gainesville, FL)
Interview
It was very lax. I applied online. After the initial application, they have you complete an assessment that basically goes over your personality (ie; "I am a reliable person"). Once both were completed, I was called about a week later and scheduled an in person interview at the store. The interview took about 20-30 minutes.

Tell me about a time that you had to work through a really difficult situation.
Interview process was 3 with a screening, hiring manager and director call. It was STAR based and very straightforward. The process took about 3-4 weeks in total. Overall it was not bad but the pay sucks.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CVS Health (Newark, NJ) in Oct 2025

After I submitted an application, they gave me a call to come to the store to have an in person interview. The interview was with the store manager and the district manager.
