After speaking with the recruiter and them getting a sense of your background was moved into an interview with the hiring manager and a senior from the team. That interview was about an hour long and was used to get a better understanding of my background, experience and if I fit with the culture. It was a 2 step process but then I was told I would hear back in 2 weeks. I believe I finally got an automated email around the 3rd week after sending an email to the recruiter at the 2nd week mark. The interview process was a good experience but very long.
