I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CVS Health (Atlanta, GA) in June 2015
Interview
I applied online for different locations. 2 weeks later I got a call from one of the Pharmacy Managers, she said she received my resume and she asked me about my college major, availability, and why I choose my major. My major is radiology and I told her I wanted to enter the healthcare field because I enjoy helping people. She liked my answer and said she enjoyed my phone interview asked me to come in for a in person interview. I then said I had no idea this was a phone interview, I thought we were just talking and she laughed. I went in for the interview and she asked me questions about my availability, my major, my current jobs and duties. She also asked me a lot of customer service questions and she asked was I a fast learner. She then explained the hiring process and training and told me she would give me a call tomorrow. I got a call from her the next day saying I got the job and I received my offer email a week later and accepted it.

For my interview it was a phone interview only. The manager asked very simple questions. Their main concern was if I could do basic math and even asked me a couple questions on the spot.
