Both interviews were mostly like conversations. I felt very comfortable. Ask good questions related to the job and the skills it takes to do the job. It's always good to look up the websites for Aetna and CVS beforehand to understand the products and services better. Ask questions about the websites. Understand the job and have a good answer prepared for why you want to do the job or why you want to work for CVS.
