Had my interview for a customer service role today. The process was smooth and professional. The interviewer was courteous and made sure to cover all the necessary details. Questions were clear, focusing on relevant experiences and skills. Overall, it was a straightforward experience that left me feeling confident about the position.
It was good and the manger was really nice to me throughout the whole process even talking about the specifics of the location that I was interviewing about he also had a friendly smile on his face.

Easy phone then virtual the phone was 10 to 15 min long the virtual was 20-30 minutes long. They ask a series of questions pertaining to background of applicant. They also ask scenario questions to see how applicant would respond to certain situations.
