Usually no more than 20 to 30 minutes, questions pertaining to work history, call center experience, deescalating a situation, and maybe some situational questions based on your experiences and how you'd react to situations.
Interview process was not that bad. STAR questions. Did have 2 people there as well. Just general interview questions to get to know you and how you handle situations and scenarios. They also do pay attention to you speak as well

The interview process was very personable. The interviewer made me feel comfortable and gave good feedback throughout the interview. The interview was a good conversation, not a question/answer session. I appreciated the interaction.
Very formal with questions about customer care. Don’t need to have a medical background to apply. An interview with multiple managers makes the interview flow better and they ask different questions
