Capgemini PeopleSoft Techno-Functional interview questions

Interview Process was smooth and good, but after interview Process till i get my offer letter the experience was bad. I was not aware,if the offer what was asked was accepted and will the company be processing my offer letter. There was no update from the HR recruiter team about the status of the offer letter in spite of following up with them couple of times. I was clueless. It becomes very difficult if the Recruiter team does this to the employee. There should be some update after the interview process and before offer has been released. The Employee should be informed about the waiting period so that they are well aware of the process. Its a humble request to consider the feedback and help the employees even better and have a smooth process.
