Capgemini Senior Full Stack Developer interview questions

Interview took my whole day ,Had three round s Got selected They asked me to submit all my documents After submission almost 3 weeks after continuous follow ups a HR guy offered a salary not even 30 % hike After which he told central HR will contact me .Nobody turned around till now .Luckily i got cleared some other interview for a differnt company. If the company doesnt want the candidate , why should they waste their time ? Capgemini doesnt offer you much and the HR takes you for granted
