I met with 2 people. The questions were typical. What licenses do you have? How long have you been in this industry? Why Capital One? Both interviewers were very nice, and did not try to intimidate. They understand the competition well so make sure you do as well.

Applied online got a call from a recruiter a week later than did an online assessment then a phone interview a couple days later , then I went through a two week background check , then a 2 on 1 interview , two weeks later I got an email saying they went with someone else . I was dissappointed because after all that I thought I was in .
