Interview and hiring process is excellent. The interviewers are friendly lovely people. The hiring process is easy as well, you do a phone to phone interview, and then are selected if to do a face to face with a branch manager for the location you will be working. After doing that they call you within a month and inform you if you have received the job.

Name an experience in which you had to deal with a difficult customer. How did you handle it?

Process was easy and straightforward, questions regarding why you like the company, how you see yourself growing there. This manager was very interested in aspirations and where you see yourself in the future.
I feel like the questions were very simple. It was a role that didn’t require much skill or background. I didn’t like the recruiter. She was very short, and just was not a good experience.
